Celebrate Christmas

November 17, 2011

I had these fabrics ready for the workshop I was teaching last Saturday in London, but didn’t get a chance to sew them together until I got home. I’m thinking I’ll trim them down a bit and make placements. I was also playing around with tube quilting and made these blocks for a table runner.

The fabric is Over The River by Barbara Jones for Henry Glass, and the coordinating blue solid is Kona Bahama. As part of Celebrate Christmas over at The Quilting Gallery, I’ve marked Over The River down to $6/yard until the end of November.

Millie, Bonnie, Sandra and Astrid were here yesterday and we had fun doing some tube quilting together. Nice work ladies!
